This win is the result of more than two years of your hard work. We are inspired by your doggedness and solidarity as you spoke to colleagues about their working conditions, gathered signatures for our mission signature poster, collected signed cards to request an election, submitted testimonials for why you’re voting yes, and finally submitted your #UnionYes ballots. We are one faculty, and this win will allow us not only to bargain for a strong first contract for TT and TCPL faculty but also to work with our new FAM Librarian unit.

Do you have questions about what unionizing means to Miami & you?
