Filling out your ballot in five easy steps

Voting timeline For Librarians

May 23: Polling Period Starts
  • Polling period lasts 14 days
  • Ballots can be mailed or delivered in person to SERB
  • If you don't receive your ballot by Friday, May 26,

June 6: Polling Period Ends
  • Unsigned ballots will be challenged!
  • Ballots postmarked after June 6 will be challenged!

Step 1:
Fill Out
Your Ballot!

Be sure to mark your
selection with an "X"!

Step 2:
Place ballot into
ballot envelope.

 

Step 3:
Place ballot envelope
into return envelope.

Don't forget to sign
the outer envelope!

Step 4:
Take Your Picture!

Before you mail it, take a picture with your sealed return envelope and send it to your liaison!

Step 5:
Mail ballot
to SERB!

Mail your ballot via US mail or return to SERB.

Ballots must be
postmarked by June 6!
